For six interesting days, June 31 to July 5, Darling Bay will become the headquarters of the Australian sailing business when the ‘08 Sydney National Yacht Show immerses the city in sailboats & maritime paraphernalia.
More than 300 exhibitors comprising the larger sailing boat manufacturers, diesel distributors, maritime electronics specialists, maritime retailers & other business sectors will pack the 28,000 square metres of the Darling Bay Expo Centre with millions of dollars worth of product.
On adjoining Cockle Harbour, the largest dockage (more than 800 meters in length) at all assembled specifically for an Australian sailing boat show will be home to 300 or more luxury craft, ranging from runabouts & sport fishing rigs through to luxury mega sailboats with multi-million dollar price tags.
In addition, the show offers an array of entertainment, with the Yamaha Fishing Clinic predicted to again play to standing room-only audiences, everyday fashion parades featuring the newest in nautically-inspired sportswear & the Strictly Sail & Better Sailing stage with line-up of exciting & informative guest presenters covering overall host of subjects.
Numerous of the nation’s leading yacht builders will be launching new ships not seen previously on NSW waterways.
The ‘08 Sydney National Sailboat Show will be Open 10am to 8pm everyday for visitors to the six halls of the expo centre & from 10am to 6pm on the Cockle Harbour Dock.
