Nitro Maritime: Mercury Nautical’s Dealer of the Year

“Michael & Therese Waugh of Nitro Nautical with John Temple (Mercury Maritime’s Common Administrator, Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific - Mercury Maritime’s ’Dealer of the Year ‘07’”    Nitro Maritime on the Silver Shore has been named Mercury Maritime’s “Dealer of the Year ‘07”. “This is the highest accolade we can give dealer,” said John Temple, Mercury Nautical’s Common Administrator, Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific.

“I’m pleased to be capable to recognise the professionalism, dedication & uncomplicated hard work that Michael & Therese Waugh have put in, to make Nitro Nautical such good business - it’s completely merited.”

Michael & Therese received their “Best of the Best” grant during Mercury Nautical’s annual Dealer Trip, which this year took numerous of the group’s top performing dealers to attractive Fiji.

Contest for the “Dealer of the Year” grant was fierce this year, & was definite via an extensive judging process which covered every aspect of the competing businesses, including client service performance, sales achievements & the common presentation of the site.

Whilst there can be only one ultimate champion, Mercury has besides recognised number of other dealerships which performed very well in ‘07, giving Nitro Maritime run for its money.

As well, special presentation was made to Thomas Day, the Dealer Principal of Merimbula Outboards in NSW, to acknowledge his tremendous support & dedication to Mercury Nautical products over an astonishing 40 years from 1968, when he 1st qualified as fully trained technician, until these day.
