Sailing Alert for North Shore

NSW Nautical advises the sailing public of the north beach to be alert to swollen creeks, streams & rivers.

The waterways of most concern are those north of the Nambucca River.

Sailing Boat masters should take extra care until conditions return to standard & pay particular attention to debris in any flood affected waterways.

NSW Nautical besides says flood waters & debris carried in those waterways can damage seafaring markers.

Any information relating to dislodged or damaged seafaring markers can be reported to the NSW Nautical Info Line on 13 12 56.
